- Consulting on commercial law issues, including contract relations, transactions, corporate governance, and legal compliance;
- Preparation of legal positions, procedural documents, and gathering evidence to protect clients' interests in legal proceedings;
- Preparation, analysis, and agreement of contracts with counterparties, including comprehensive checks of terms, rights, and obligations of the parties;
- Assessment of legal grounds for initiating arbitration, analysis of documentation, contracts, and case circumstances.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from Tashkent State University of Law
